Q: How far do you travel?
A: We do travel to events through out the Chicago-land and Indiana areas. Pricing includes are travel
Q: When is payment due?
A: A date for a private event cannot be held without a deposit of 50% (or half) of the event price. The remaining balance owed to Von Poof Cotton Candy is due at the time of the event or before.
Q: What is the lead time needed for an event?
A: Von Poof Cotton Candy must be provided at least one (1) week notice for all events. Any event booked without a 72 hour (3 days) notice will be assessed a $50.00 fee
Q: Cancelation policy?
A: The deposit to Von Poof Cotton Candy is partially refundable. We ask that if you need to cancel, please speak with us to see if we can service you on another date. If this is not possible, we will cancel your event appointment. Cancelled event will be assessed half the deposit and the remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded.
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept except, cash, business checks or credit cards. No personal checks.
